Vacancy for Project Coordinator at Every1Mobile

·         Initiate research to enhance pilot program and offering·         Identify local partners who can deliver program collateral and negotiate costs to budget·         Build positive working relationships with our clients with the aim of improving program processes and turn around times on items which require client approval·         Build positive working relationships with project partners with the knowledge that you will be responsible for coordinating the integration of partner and E1M based deliverables·         Oversee the recruitment and ongoing management of a Lagos based team working on this project·         Support in the creation of work plans for each project element at a detail according to their scale to be reviewed with Project Manager·         Assist in the delivery of project outcomes with the aim of supporting the team to hit 100% of project targets·         Assist in the management of the project budget, including identifying local partners who can create and deliver program collateral at a cost you will negotiate according to the budget which is allocated and signed off by the Project Manager·         Work with E1M internal experts and external consultants where appropriate to help devise successful strategies for each element of project delivery to the client's objectives and targets·         Monitor the project's delivery using E1M's data analytics capability and user feedback·         Support in the writing of month, end of quarter, end of year and ad hoc project reports to the client·         Build relationships with pilot participants to understand their questions or concerns about the program and to educate them on pilot goals when required. You must be able to communicate relevant questions or concerns to the wider Every1Mobile team and work collectively with the team to address participant issues
