DescriptionThe Client Executive is responsible for assisting the Chief Executive in meeting a range of deliverables promptly and in seeking out new business opportunities. These include proactively pursuing monthly goals as agreed with the CEO; assisting in every way possible to ensure that the CEO and other personnel (freelance, consultant or full-time) are on track with strategic goals and deliverables; and searching for viable partnerships, ensuring the completion of required paperwork to concretize the partnerships and maintaining a vibrant relationship with new and existing partners on behalf of the organisation. The specific responsibilities are listed below:Communication and VisibilityPrepare a range of communication briefs, press releases, brochures, documents, success stories, reports, newsletters and related documents to improve the visibility of the companies;Ensure online relevance by creating/updating social media accounts, websites, blogs, youtube channels and other related media that promotes the visibility of the companies;Proactively work with media organisations and seek out a range of low-cost/no-cost opportunities and platforms to promote events, activities and the overall profile of the companies;Constantly explore and organise media personalities and celebrities for special appearances at events hosted by the companies as appropriate;Ensure promptness (based on pre-agreed schedule) and quality assure all media content for the companies including radio and television programmes;Promoting and Positioning Companies for Optimal ProfitabilityProactively explore opportunities for improving the bottomline and profitability of the companies; constantly explore creative opportunities, platforms and mechanisms for promoting the products and services of the three companies;Seek creative measures for improving the efficiency, accountability and effectiveness of the companies;Work with the CEO to develop proposals, quotations and bids promptly; proactively search and alert the CEO of potential business opportunities and track submissions, regularly providing updates;Set-up and update the products catalogue for all three companies on the respective websites and actively promote the products using creative low-cost/no-cost mechanisms;Explore and obtain valuable business partnerships and promotions for events and activities organised by the companiesFinancial Management and Book keepingDevelop and keep up-to-date a basic financial management system for all transactionPrepare monthly reports on petty cash and other expendituresKeep copies of all receipts and evidences of transactionsPlanning/Reporting/Monitoring and Evaluating Organisational PerformanceWork with the CEO to plan annual, quarterly, and monthly activities; translate these into periodic calendars; track to ensure that these activities are implemented on schedule;Prepare and submit weekly updates, and monthly and annual reports;Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential;Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Any other tasks assigned by the CEO.
