Though it’s not an official holiday, there’s no reason why you can’t take full advantage of the day dedicated to one of the world’s most popular beverages.
To celebrate International Coffee Day on Sunday 1 October 2017, Dunkin’ Donuts South Africa has announced that customers will receive one free small hot coffee or one free medium cold coffee per guest.
‘While our doughnuts are what draws in fans, it’s our coffee that keeps them coming back. Besides the great taste, only high-quality 100%-arabica coffee beans are used in Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, which the industry regards as a superior grade of coffee,’ says Davin Berrill, chief operating officer of Dunkin’ Donuts South Africa. ‘We’re planning lots of product launches that will keep our guests excited and give them the variety they’re craving in both our coffee and bakery categories. For now, we just want to treat our fans on one of our favourite days of the year.’
Dunkin’ Donuts is one of the world’s leading coffee and baked-goods brands. It has been serving its high-quality 100%-arabica coffee for 66 years and sells about 1,9-billion cups globally per annum.
An extensive variety of coffee beverages is available in South Africa, including the smooth original-blend coffee, lattes and cappuccinos, as well as a selection of cold beverages.
