The other advantage of the tough floor pelvic muscle is that it helps the better blood circulation to the vagina which can make your sexual arousal even better. You can see how great these muscles are but there are several other factors that can make them weak such as childbirth, that strain you do when you’re using the bathroom, also the body work-outs that involves heavy weights can cause fatigue on these muscles.

 

If you’ve noticed that your floor pelvic muscles are not as strong as they used to be, there are certainly a few ways to correct them. One of such ways is to do kegel exercises which is largely based on contracting and releasing these floor pelvic muscles.

The key also is to make sure you get the muscle you need to do that. Here is a quick test, go to the bathroom to pee, and stop mid urination. If you are successful in doing that, then you’ve found that muscle. In your quest to do your Kegels, make sure you tighten these muscles and hold onto for 5 to 10 seconds, then take the same amount of time as rest, you can do multiple sets of say 10 repetitions per day.

If you’re not a fan of exercises then you can ask your gynecologist about a pelvic-toning device that you can be lodged into the vagina, they help you do Kegels properly. Ask for help if it feels uncomfortable.

 

And lastly, the popular vaginal rejuvenation claims, these are done surgically or through laser. The aim of this surgery is to make the opening of the vagina smaller. Advocates of this treatment have said it can increase sensitivity and increase sexual satisfaction for the lady and her partner.

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists don’t support these claims and even challenges the authenticity of these benefits as claimed but there isn’t enough data to prove that it’s perfectly safe to carry out cosmetic surgeries on the vagina.
