Chelsea boss Antonio Conte says there’s no reason for any of his best players to leave.
Both Real Madrid and Barcelona have been linked with several members of Conte’s squad this week.
On Friday, Conte responded to speculation regarding himself and some of his squad by pointing out it is normal for players to be linked with other teams when you are doing well, but not to forget that “Chelsea is a great team like Barcelona or Real Madrid”.
“Don’t forget Chelsea is a great team in the same way as Barcelona and Real Madrid,” he said. “We are doing a good job, my players and staff and it is important to continue to do it this way.
“It is normal for my players to be linked with other teams.”
