While Speaking at a cheering rally in Florida, the President of the United States, had name-dropped Sweden as one of the countries that have experienced Terror attack, blaming it on migrants.
He said,”You look at what’s happening in Germany, you look at what’s happening last night in Sweden.’
However, the ‘incident’ was apparently completely made up. There was no incident of any terror attack in Sweden on Friday.
Many took to their twitter handle to mock Trump. Others insinuated that What matters for Trump is not what is true but what is believable.
Former Swedish prime minister, Carl Bildt, for example wondered on Twitter ‘what Trump had been smoking.
He said:
