An elder of the church of Pentecost is practically urging parents to permit their teenagers have sex!
Elder Nii Armah Hammond has made encouraged parents to do something that is definitely out of their comfort zone.
Hammond, who is a counselor and elder of the Church of Pentecost, New Achimota District in Accra, Ghana, is advising parents to let their teenagers have sex!
However, this advice comes with a condition. The church elder said teenagers should only be allowed to have safe sex. As if that makes it easier for parents to understand.
Speaking at the maiden edition of Mmabunu Mmbre( Time with the youth), a youth content program, he noted that this advice is only applicable to teenagers with uncontrollable libido.

According to him, doing this would prevent teenage pregnancy, the stigma associated with it, the collateral damage to the family and the country.
It is important to note that elder Hammond is both a parent and grandfather.
