Erstwhile Nigeria’s Super Eagles star, Kenneth Omeruo was celebrated by his team mates at Kasimpasa on Tuesday.
The Nigeria defender who is on a second loan spell in three seasons at the Turkish Super League side, clocked 24-year old and uploaded the picture above on Instagram, which shows him blowing off the candle amid cheering teammates, stating as follows;
“Am short of words..Thank you all for celebrating me.. I feel special.. God bless you all.. It was a blessed day???? Thank God for His grace, thanks guys, ???? You guys are Amazing ???????? #birthdaybashloading ??.”
According to sportsrollcall.com, Omeruo, who is currently frozen out of the Nigeria set-up, has played the last three seasons in the Turkish Super League on loan from Chelsea. He spent the 2015–2016 season at Kasımpaşa, belting 25 matches and spent the last term at Alanyaspor, netting once in 26 games. He returned to Kasimpasa in the summer after failing to break into Chelsea first team.
