There's no denying the appeal of vintage bathrooms — but Rachel and Michael's vintage bathroom had seen better days. The tilework, though charming, was badly chipped, and the tight, walled-in enclosure made showering a bit of a claustrophobic experience. The original vanity, mirror, and lights had been replaced with ones that didn't quite suit the style of the room, and then on top of it all, there was the color of the walls: a very bad, oppressive beige.
