When we got a hands-on look at the Huawei Band 2 a few weeks ago, we were impressed.
The Band 2 Pro has a number of attractive features, like continuous heart rate tracking for VO2 Max, a water-resistant OLED screen, and a 21-day battery life.
At the time, the price wasn't determined. But we felt its MSRP could make or break its appeal to consumers, blending into the dizzying array of bands and watches or standing in the spotlight as an affordable, high-quality option.
Many wearables with similar features to the Band 2 Pro, include the Fitbit Charge 2 and the Garmin Vivosmart HR+, which cost upwards of $149.99. So we were shocked when Huawei announced the Band 2 Pro is not only significantly cheaper than those devices, it's also under $75.

That's right: The Huawei Band 2 Pro is just $69.99, and available for purchase on Amazon.

While Huawei is a household name in its native China, the brand isn't as well-known yet here in the States. However, we think it'll create some waves and garner some attention with its surprisingly low price and sleek styling.
