Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen has married girlfriend Daniela Jehle at a small ceremony near Barcelona.
The German shot-stopper took time out from his side’s pursuit for the Spanish title to tie the knot at a small ceremony in Sitges.
And Jehle took time to post moments from their special day on Instagram as the pair walked out into the Catalan sunshine.
The pair started dating in 2012 when the German international was still playing for Borussia Monchengladbach, before Jehle followed her boyfriend to Barcelona when he moved in 2014.
The Barcelona No 1 has been a mainstay during the side’s title assault this season, missing just two matches at the beginning of the season through injury.
Luis Enrique’s side will be relying on Celta Vigo to do them a favour on Wednesday evening, when they welcome Real Madrid to the Balaidos for their rescheduled fixture.
Barcelona are currently ahead on goal difference in the table, but Madrid will take the title should they manage at least four points from their final two matches.
