Faeces was the only possible solution readily available when a car burst into flames at the Independent Tunnel in Maryland, Lagos.
What was most important at the time, was to put off the fire which was about to burn to ashes the red car.
After running up and down with no fire fighters coming to his aid under the hot weather, the car owner was almost giving up, until the driver of a sewage tanker stopped, brought out the tanker’s hose, and started to spray the burning car with shit.
The move finally did the magic, as the fire was put off, though the car may have burnt beyond repairs.
The video of how it transpired, has emerged and since gone viral.
