Frejon is a meal eaten on Good Friday mostly by Catholics in Lagos. The story is that Frejon was imported by Nigerians who went to Brazil back in the day. It is made ideally with Black Beans- Ewa Ibeji but that can be hard to find so try black eyed beans, Coconut Milk, a few spices and typically served with fish stew /Garri! Have you ever tasted it before? See the recipe below and don't forget to SUBSCRIBE so that ALL my videos come straight to you-it's free! Click HERE to subscribe.
