Calling all General Hospital (GH) fans! Another week is about to unfold in Port Charles and, as always, there promises to be plenty of drama! Learn more about what will happen with the Quartermaines, Julian, Nelle, Valentin, Nina, Anna and more in the GH spoilers for the week of April 24th.
5. Quartermaine Drama
Tracy struggles this week and heads for spiritual guidance for a life choice. Meanwhile, the Quartermaines do win the battle when it comes to drama around the painting. However, one thing Tracy does have to deal with is the result of a paternity test that comes back revealing that Samira is Edward’s daughter. For long-time GH fans, this week will be quite a treat as there will be some flashbacks from the past as Tracy deals with things. In other Quartermaine news, Monica tries to help Samira get the painting back to Turkey, despite the fact that Tracy does not want this. Laura is also shocked by what Tracy does.

4. Nina Confides In Nelle
Nina turns to her nanny when it comes to her marriage issues. In fact, she not only opens up to Nelle, but also asks her to watch over Valentin and report back. In addition, Anna continues to spy in at Wyndemere, listening to what Nina and Valentin are up to. Speaking of Nelle, she and Michael get closer this week and he worries how his mom will feel about this. While his mom may not approve, Michael will soften up to Nelle thanks to what she did for Jax. Speaking of Jax, at the beginning of the week, it seems that he may face deportation and GH spoilers are indicating that he will do it alone.
