In the comedy movie directed by Kunle Afolayan, a couple from different cultural background have to deal with their mothers-in-law who forcefully move in with them to perform the Igbo child care rite, Omugwo.

Synopsis
Omotunde, A young civil engineer married to Raymond an OAP(Online Radio Personality), has just given birth.
Coloured by their different cultural backgrounds, their mothers-in-law forcefully move in with the couple to perform the Igbo child care rite called, Omugwo.
But instead of relieving their children of the burden of childcare, the mothers' rivalry complicates life for the couple to comical effects.

To be released on April 7, 2017, "Omugwo" features Omawumi Dada, Ken Erics, Patience Ozokwor and Adesanya.
"Omugwo" is one of the three films commissioned by MultiChoice and directed by Afolayan.
The other movies are titled "Tribunal" and "Roti," and features Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, Nobert Young, Bimbo Manuel, Kate Henshaw among others.
