A mentally unstable woman reportedly stabbed her eight-month-old baby in the stomach with a knife.
An eight-month-old baby boy has been stabbed by his mother at a police barrack in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state.
Punch reports that the poor child was rushed to the Accident and Emergency Unit of the Federal Teaching Hospital with the kitchen knife sticking out of his abdomen.

The reports revealed that the mother who is married to a police sergeant is believed to be mentally unstable.
Thankfully, the Chief Medical Director of the Federal Teaching Hospital, Dr. Emeka Ogar, disclosed that the surgery carried out on the child was successful.
