Moshood Owolabi, a 200-level student of Lead City University, Ibadan has been sentenced to death by hanging for stabbing his fellow student, Seun Kolawole to death.
NAN reports that Owolabi stabbed Kolawole to death with a bottle two years ago. Delivering judgment on Wednesday, Justice Adegboye Gbolagunte of an Ibadan High Court ruled that the accused be sentenced to death by hanging to serve as deterrent to others.
The Judge also advised parents to always monitor their children to prevent them from misbehaving.
