Jaden Smith has broken it off with long-time girlfriend, Sarah Snyder, according to a source for Us Weekly.The couple have been dating since 2015 and are known for their public PDA.

A source told US Weekly,the 18-year-old  and the 21-year-old model simply 'started growing apart'Apparently, 'they had been on the rocks for a while... and stopped having shared interests,'
