The remains of late Mohammed Shuaibu, who hails from Zaria in Kaduna state has been taken to his hometown for burial.
The Clerk of the House Committee on Agricultural Production and Services, Mohammed Shuaibu is dead.
According to reports, Shuaibu slumped while walking down the National Assembly staircase at about 12:00 pm on Monday, March 13, 2017.
The Clerk was reportedly rushed to National Assembly clinic where he died, Vanguard reports.
Speaking on the incident, the chairman of the House Committee on Agricultural Production and Services, Mohammed Tahir Monguno confirmed Shuaibu’s death.
He said the clerk had arrived to Abuja from Zaria for a committee meeting, but died some minutes before it commenced.

Monguno also said “Shuaibu was a hard working person and was deployed to the committee about a year ago.”
