Doctors have advised that she undergoes 8 rounds of chemotherapy each costing N79,200, after which she will be opened up for another surgery.
This picture above, is that of Favour Uwamanua, a 13 year old JSS 3 student of Queen's College, Yaba, Lagos.
Favour currently has a cancerous tumour sitting in her, and it is spreading, reports say.
According to reports, the tumour started off on the left kidney and she is currently receiving treatment at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital.
The mother says she was opened up for operation and it was discovered that it was siting on a major blood vessel and removing the tumour came with the risk of Favour bleeding to death.
Now this tumour has spread to her right kidney as well and Favour is struggling for her life.
She is currently in the hospital and the Doctors have advised that she undergoes 8 rounds of chemotherapy each costing N79, 200, after which she will be opened up for another surgery.
Favour's mother lacks the funds needed to treat her this, as all of her money has depleted since the sickness started last year.
