A 600 pound deadlift is something that most men don't achieve, but Crystal Tate makes breaking a record at the Arnold Classic look like a casual day at the gym.
Her lift makes her the first woman in the 198 pound weight class to deadlift 600 pounds raw. She broke her own record, which was 573 pounds and set in December 2015, according to Barbend.
