Ashley Tisdale may be known for her insanely catchy Disney songs or her adorable friendship with Vanessa Hudgens, but it's her recent real estate moves that have our attention. The 31-year-old actress just dropped $2.7 million on a new Los Angeles home that is perfect for entertaining. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom home was previously owned by Parks and Recreation director Craig Zisk, who listed it with Peter Lorimer of PLG Estates. The home has views that are giving us total European vibes.
According to Trulia, the 3,520-square-foot Spanish-style home was built in 1928, and although many rooms have been renovated, the patio and vine-covered structures stay true to the original design. The formal dining room and living room area opens up to a beautiful porch surrounding the home's entire main floor. Ashley and her husband, Christopher French, can cook up meals in the custom kitchen, but if we were them, we'd spend our time on that stunning patio.
