For some unexplained reason, Soul singer grows wary of the theme song 'A place to be', she composed for GTB, while also disapproving of the bank.
Multi-talented Soul singer Asa has just disapproved of her association with one of the biggest banks in Africa, Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB).
In response to a fan on Twitter, who was acknowledging her for composing such a beautiful song titled 'A place to be' for the bank, Asa responded with disinterest in the song and disapproval of her affiliation with the prestigious bank.
Asa composed and performed the song for GTB in 2009, which has since been a pleasing sound to the ears of GTB customers who walk into and out of any GTB branch.
It's not understood nor clear why Asa would feel this way about the song and about her connection with the bank, but it doesn't take away the fact that it's a lovely song from the soul diva.
