Why Casey Affleck Knows His Oscars Look Is ‘Not Great’

Casey Affleck is ready to lose his mountain man look. “I’m working right now is why I have this beard,” the hirsute actor said on ABC’s Oscars pre-show Sunday. “I know it’s not a great look, but I’m stuck with it for a few weeks.” The 41-year-old, who is nominated for Best Actor award for his role in “Manchester by the Sea,” is stuck with the wiry whiskers while shooting ”Light of My Life” in which he plays a father who gets trapped in the woods with his young daughter.
