Ingredients
1. Vegetable Oil
2. Tomatoes
3. Tomato paste
4. Onion
5. Garlic
6. Spinach
7. Beef stock
8. Sweet Potato
9. Unsalted roasted Peanut (ground into paste)
10. Chuck Steak
11. Salt
12. Pepper
13. Seasoning cube
Preparation
1. Heat up a frying Pan, and fry the Onion, Tomato paste and Garlic.
2. In another frying Pan, deep fry the beef until it's brown.
3. Add the beef into the Pan with the Onion, Tomato paste and Garlic mixture, then pour some stock and water. Boil for about 1 hour (the beef should be tender by now and the liquid content reduced).
4. Add slices of the sweet Potato and boil for about 15 minutes.
5. Heat up the spinach for about 20 seconds in a frying Pan.
6. Add the spinach, Tomatoes and ground Peanuts into the beef mixture and stir well.
7. Add Salt, Pepper and Seasoning cubes(optional). Cook for about 5 minutes.
