The looks at New York Fashion Week are usually not what you’d call easy to pull off. Every once in a while, though, we’re blessed with a few things that can ― and should ― be recreated in real life.
This season, fashion illustrator Emily Brickel Edelson sketched out some fashion and beauty looks from Fashion Week, including this glittery eye makeup from the Tadashi Shoji show on Thursday.
This look is extra dramatic for the runway, but you can tweak it by going a little lighter on the glitter or by applying fewer coats of mascara.
Swipe a bit of eyeshadow primer under your eye, then use a wet eyeliner brush to apply the glitter of your choosing. Finish off with a few coats of mascara and a light swipe of white or pale pink eyeliner on your waterline.
Voila, you’re ready for a birthday party, a trip to the supermarket or Valentine’s day with your love. (Source: Huffington post)
