Basketmouth Supports Tuface Cancellation Of Nationwide Protest – Nigerians React

Top Nigeria comedian, Basketmouth have jumped in defense of his follow entertainer 2Baba for the cancellation of the proposed Nationwide Protest which was scheduled to take place on the 6th of February 2017. Basketmouth said people should appreciate him (2Baba) for even voicing out that he wants to lead a protest rather than criticize him.

He said he (2Baba) is till better than millions of Nigerians who only complain of Nigeria situation on blogs and social media.

In Basketmouth’s words:

basketmouth Before Tuface stepped out to air his views and speak for most Nigerians if not all, most people got so comfortable complaining about the state of Nigeria on blogs, their homes etc. Nobody made a move to do anything about anything. Whether he pulled it off or not….bottom line is that he took a step, unlike the people cursing him out even after he gave a very sensible reason to pull out.

At least now we know that the Govt is afraid of what can become of Nigeria if everyone comes together to speak in one voice, one heart to achieve one goal.
