Though Kat and Brett grew up in the Midwest and are Memphis transplants, they are no strangers to the South; Kat went to school at UGA in Athens, Georgia. And after spending an afternoon in their house, it's clear they have soaked up the Memphis vibes in the year-and-a-half they have lived in the city.
