U.S. President Donald Trump has heaped praises on NFL Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones for warning his players to either stand to honour the flag during the National anthem or sit on the bench for every game.

We know that there is a serious debate in this country about those issues, but there is no question in my mind that the National Football League and the Dallas Cowboys are going to stand up for the flag. So we’re clear.”

But, the owner seemed to have reasoned with Trump and has now received the commendation of the President.
